Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

• Send essential service communications (billing, security alerts)
• Improve the Service based on usage patterns

3. Data We Extract

ShelfRun extracts only publicly available e-commerce product data (product names, prices, stock status, images). This data is visible to any visitor of the store. We do not access private store admin panels, customer databases, or non-public information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe: Payment processing
• Supabase: Database hosting
• Law enforcement: When required by law

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Extracted product data is stored for 90 days unless you request earlier deletion. You can delete your account and data at any time.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and at rest. API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes.
